the rooms were spacious and clean, and the shared bathrooms were acceptable. the staff at the check, in counter could have been friendlier, but the manager was very nice. I shared a room with a long, term resident who was a wonderful person. I felt safe leaving my belongings in the room, as many people stay there long, term. it was a good value for money. Cons: All good 😊.

The location was excellent, situated in a beautiful area with charming surroundings. The neighborhood was safe and well-connected, making it easy to explore London. I appreciated the modern and well-equipped kitchens on the third floor, which allowed me to prepare my meals comfortably.
Although I encountered a minor inconvenience with the towel situation upon arrival, the issue was quickly resolved by the attentive staff. The only other drawback was the cleanliness of the showers and toilets, which could be improved and maintained more regularly.

The location of the accommodation was perfect, with both South Kensington and Gloucester Road within a short walking distance. the room I stayed in was exceptionally clean, spacious, and properly ventilated. the common bathrooms were always available and never had to wait in line. the kitchen by the room was modern and convenient, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. the friendly staff also made the stay more enjoyable, providing excellent service and creating a calm atmosphere.
There was a negative experience with a long-term resident in a shared room who insisted on keeping the room extremely warm, which made it uncomfortable for others.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and polite, making the check-in process smooth. the location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions and public transportation within walking distance. - the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
The carpets in the hotel were in poor condition, which was a bit off-putting. The elevator was quite small, causing some inconvenience during peak times.

Great value for money, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was excellent and the staff, especially Carmen, were amazing.
The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of kitchenware.

My recent stay at Halpin House was surprisingly pleasant. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The room I stayed in was better than expected for a two-night stay, and it had a comfortable single bed. I appreciated the ample storage space provided, including a lockable cupboard and drawer. Though there were a few minor inconveniences like a broken lock and lack of kitchen amenities, I managed to make do and even used the microwave to heat water for my coffee. The wireless internet was reliable throughout the building, and I found the lounge area to be quite useful. The front desk was superb and even allowed me to hang around until my bus departure due to bad weather.
